Terms and Conditions for Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

  1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
    • All purchases of accessories, shoes, and other non-customizable items are considered final.
    • Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective upon receipt.
  2. Defective or Damaged Products
    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • To qualify for a replacement or store credit, please provide clear photos and a description of the defect/damage.
    • We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether a defect is eligible for replacement.
  3. Size and Fit Disclaimer
    • Please ensure you select the correct size when purchasing shoes or accessories. We provide size guides to help with your selection, but we do not accept responsibility for incorrect sizing choices made by the customer.
    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for issues related to sizing unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  4. Exceptions
    • Any item marked as “Final Sale” is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
    • Gift cards or promotional items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
  5. Order Cancellation
    • Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours after placement, provided the items have not yet been shipped. After this time, no cancellations will be allowed for non-returnable items.
  6. Acceptance of Terms
    • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and understand them before making your purchase.
